Shipping is based on weight of each item. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs, as well as paying the return shipping for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All in stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of placing your order. Please check each listing, as specific turnaround times are listed with each item and some turnaround times are longer.
Yes! Customers are responsible for paying both the shipping costs when an order is placed on my website, plus any taxes, customs, duties, or import fees you may incur once the package has shipped. Customs, duties, and import fees vary based on the country, and Oh So Chic Designs is not responsible for paying these fees.
If you wish to return an international order, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping and any taxes, customs, duties, and import fees, as well.
Please note: International shipping can take up to 3 weeks.
USPS considers packages to be lost if they are not delivered to you within 15 days. If your package has not arrived to you within 15 days after you receive your shipping confirmation email from me, please contact me within 10 days of that time (within 25 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email) so I can to file a lost package claim with USPS.
Most orders are shipped with USPS, which on average takes 1-5 business days to arrive from my studio to your door - for orders shipped to addresses within the USA, depending on the distance traveled. International orders can take up to 3 weeks. Please note, “in transit, arriving late” statuses are normal. I appreciate your patience and grace!
Oh So Chic Designs is not responsible for any delayed, lost or undeliverable packages, once the package leaves studio. Of course, I will do my best with what I can to help you if there are any problems with shipping!
Our designs are all exclusive! Rebecca designs and paints all of the artwork you see in the shop - from tea towels to artwork, to fabric.
